  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all original boxes, tags, labels, protective wraps, and component bags.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order number matching our records.

Please note: Items showing signs of wear, usage, alteration, or missing parts will not be accepted for a return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Who pays for return shipping: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address.
  3. Important Notice: Do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer address listed on the package. Returns sent without prior authorization or sent to the wrong address will not be processed.
  4. Pack the item securely, include your order information inside, and ship it using a trackable carrier method. Email us the tracking number once shipped.

5. Final Sale Items

There are no final sale items. All items purchased on our website are eligible for return within the 90-day window, provided they meet the unused condition requirements outlined above.
